Find the trainers who can help you addresses individual limitations and pain first, then build on a solid foundation of good movement to deliver long term results.

Our Team

Our KORE Staff are incredibly bought in to the KORE philosophy and our unique way of working to address the structural and postural issues causing pain and dysfunction in the body.   We stay on top of impactful changes in the industry and work very diligently to ensure that KORE Wellness continues to live up to its reputation and level of excellence.

Elise Matthews, M.S. Exercise Physiology

Elise started KORE Wellness at the age of 25. Since the beginning, her focus has been on providing an environment to improve the overall quality of life of every individual who walks into KORE Wellness. It is a place where people can be comfortable training no matter what their fitness or movement level.  Elise’s specialty is helping people address / solve chronic pain issues and recover from orthopedic surgery to restore movement patterns.

Silvio Gonzoles, M.S. Graphic Design

Silvio started interning with KORE back in the early days of his undergraduate program at USC and took a pause during the Covid shut down.   We brought him back to KORE on a part time basis while he was finishing his Master’s degree at USC and has been with us since his graduation.  We all appreciate Silvio’s attention to detail and gentle reminders to address technique issues with our form.  He is quickly becoming one of the best trainers Columbia has to offer.  I am so thrilled to be his coach and help him continue to develop.

Cora Heitzer, M.S. Exercise Physiology

Cora, while new to KORE is not new to the training profession.  She received her Exercise Science undergraduate degree at USC and continued on to earn her Master’s degree from Liberty.  Cora is one of the most studious employees I have ever worked with, onboarding at KORE is no small feat.  My expectations for our trainers far exceeds any other gym in Columbia, and possibly the country.   If Cora isn’t helping one of our members, she is nose deep in her learning of the advanced concepts and techniques we apply with our programming , she is an incredible addition to the KORE team.

Elizabeth Goodwin, Future M.S. Sports Administration

Elizabeth helps with administrative duties at KORE while she pursues her master’s degree in Sport Entertainment Management.  She’s responsible for writing up most of your programs or classes and is integral in helping with business operations.
