If you had the tools to improve your posture, and eliminate modern day issues  like tech neck, shoulder pain, low back pain, carpel tunnel, knee pain, and plantar fasciitis, would you want to have those tools in your toolbox?

The structural foundation series at KORE Wellness is a systematic approach designed to improve postural integrity through teaching the biomechanics in a way that you learn how to restore proper alignment in your body.

This series is a 10 week enrollment where you and your classmates will learn which muscles are your micromanagers and which are your couch potatoes.  You’ll not only learn about common postural issues like banana knees, but also how you prevent these micromanagers from taking over your existence. 

 

Guidance.

While these exercises seem simple on to the naked eye, learning which muscles to activate and how to focus on the purpose of these exercises is where the magic happens. The most simple exercises will be incredibly challenging when you get the right muscles to do the movements. Our job in this course is to guide you to a better understanding of your body and how to incorporate this information into all of your movements.

Community

We’ll be helping you learn proper body mechanics and ensure you are mastering the steps to correct your posture not only in class but throughout the rest of your day . More importantly that, you’ll be learning and growing alongside a network of new friends who you will support and encourage through the 10 weeks of this course.

Results.

Like the examples on this page, we will take posture photos before and after the 10 week course to show you all of the improvements you have made in your structural alignment. Not only will you be feeling much better after 10 weeks, but you will be able to see actual improvements.

 

The 10-week cohort is a closed-group where you and your classmates are free to learn the structural foundations exercises in a controlled environment with a greater sense of connection where each participant can feel safer to share and engage.   At the end of the 10-week session, you can test to move on to the next level of exercises, repeat the level over again, or take the exercises you have learned home to implement into an at home training program until you have enough foundational strength to test into the next level.
