Personal Training

This might be the right avenue of training for you if you have some serious injuries/ health concerns OR you are a busy professional in a demanding job who needs extra support to make your health a priority. A trainer works with you one-on-one throughout every session to give you the maximum support, feedback, and coaching every step of the way.

30/60 min sessions starting at $40/ $80 session

Small Group Functional Training Classes

This might be the right option for you if you’re a self-starter who enjoys the group dynamic, and you move well already or have a history being fit and no chronic pain. You want a plan so you don’t have to figure it out on your own, you want a coach to correct issues with your form, and to help you modify exercises to suit your ability.

Class times 6 days a week starting at |  $100 monthly 

 
 

Semi-private Training

This might be the right fit for you is you’re struggling with chronic pain and can’t figure out what to do on your own OR you need to shake some things up and know you need more accountability than classes or training on your own to stick with it. A trainer coaches you through your own individual program while also coaching up to 3 other members at the same time.

60 min sessions starting at $30/session

Structural Foundations Course

This is the first stop we recommend for those people who love the group setting but aren’t moving well, or have gotten out of the fitness habit. or are currently suffering from some form of chronic pain. The structural foundation series at KORE Wellness is a systematic approach designed to improve postural integrity through teaching the biomechanics in a way that you learn how to restore proper alignment in your body.

10-Week Course that meets 2 days a week |  2 payments of $125
