Functional Training Classes
You’re a self starter and you like the dynamic of working in a group. You move well or have a history of being fit but you don’t have the time or desire to figure out a safe, yet effective program on your own. It is our recommendation to start with structural foundations to learn a lot more about your own movement biomechanics and get very dialed in on technique before starting functional training classes. Structural foundations feeds back to functional training class in the end.

Structural Foundations Group
This is the first stop we recommend for those people who love the group setting but aren’t moving well, or have gotten out of the fitness habit. or are currently suffering from some form of chronic pain. The structural foundation series at KORE Wellness is a systematic approach designed to improve postural integrity through teaching the biomechanics in a way that you learn how to restore proper alignment in your body.
