Jingle all the way…to 2024

Every holiday season, its the same thing. We’re pulled in so many different directions, it’s hard to stay in the groove. We notice a significant reduction in regularity of sessions at the gym and I wanted to find a way to keep just a bit of the routine in through the new year. I played around with the idea of an advent type of open your email and get your workout challenge but I did not want it to end at Christmas. So enter the Jingle all the way challenge.

11 minutes or 22 minutes is all I ask, any fitness level can participate (that’s where the time difference comes in) and there are a lot of ways you can join in. You can stick with one mode or change it up. I’ll make sure you have access to the different protocols and progressions for each!

11 minutes of vigorous intensity exercise each day from Dec 1st-Dec 31st.

  • You can jump rope, swing, run walk, row, cycle, or do calisthenics

  • You will be given the protocol for the day each day

  • The work will be progressive as we go from week to week

  • You can switch modes of exercises up or stick with the same one

  • The only rule: Complete the 11 or 22 minutes daily to reach your Vigorous or Moderate Intensity exercise) for the entire month!
