Kettlebells require some technique to use in order to ensure that you are doing the exercises in a manner that is safe.
KORE Wellness strongly recommends some beginner training before you attempt to use a kettlebell on your own. If you cannot
make one of the KORE Wellness Workshops, Classes, or a personal training session, we recommend that you find another RKC
