Swing Club
Do you like working out at home but hate coming up with your own workout routine? Well that is where swing club
comes into play. How about a web-based training program that tells you what to do each day of the week to get a good
well-rounded workout? Well that is the basis of Swing Club, a new sect of KORE Wellness that will provide video clips
of Kettlebell, Joint Mobility, and Flexibility workouts daily for you to follow along instead of having to pick your own workout
routine or even worse, do the same thing everyday. What do you need to join swing club? Two kettlebells of the
same size, a pull-up bar (or access to a pull up bar at a park or gym...), and mat to do stretches on. It's as simple
as that. I'm even going to have "travel workouts posted for people who have to travel a lot and (unlike myself) don't
like to tote their kettlebells from town to town. Another thing you will need is knowledge of technique, which if you
don't have I will be happy to help you out. I'm so set on this point that I'm going to require going to a workshop by
a RKC, or doing personal training with a RKC before you can join Swing Club. Afterall, you can't better yourself or
your body if you are injured from handling the kettlebells improperly! Keep checking back, I should have Swing Club
set into action sometime in February at which point you will be able to sign up and get started. The fee for Swing Club
will be $25 a month or $20 a month if you pay for a year in full ($240).

Even if you win the rat race, you're still a rat.
So you think you have to sign up for that gym membership and go and pretend to know what you are doing in order to get in
shape? Come on, I KNOW that there are THOUSANDS of people out there, (WOMEN ESPECIALLY) doing this. Well... there is a better
way, I promise. Leave the gym and cancel your membership! Yes, I know you enjoy the step and spin classes.. but I guarantee
that my class can kick the spin class's butt anyday! So ok, now I've got your attention... So what are these Kettlebell things
anyway? Kettlebells were developed in Russia centuries ago and look like cannonballs with a handle attached... ok ok... since
I'm talking to women mostly here, yes it does sound a bit intimidating, but the bottom line is...Ladies these things not only
give you a whole body workout, they tone AND burn fat!
