The KORE Wellness workshops have been designed specifically
for individuals who are motivated enough to work on their own. The workshops are for people who do not have a lot of spare
time and want to make efficient use of the time they have. These workshops are spread out two months apart so the participants
do the workout routines given for the eight-week period, then come back to learn new exercises and are given new workout routines.
All six workshops build the technical foundation to get you ready for Swing Club, a $25/month online training program that
challenges you to new levels!
Each workshop introduces six new kettlebell exercises, which
are taught and practiced so everyone feels comfortable with the technique of all of the new exercises before they leave.
Those six exercises are put together into five different exercise workouts that strengthen the whole body as well as give
a cardiovascular workout. The workouts are 15-25 minute workouts that you can do with your kettlebell in the comfort of your
own home.
KORE Wellness wants you to make a personal commitment to your own wellness. The Beginner's workshop is priced at $100
because the workshop size is kept small so special attention can be paid to you as you pick up your first kettlebell. You
go home with a kettlebell which costs around $50 (depending on the weight of the bell) included in the workshop fee. Also
because we want you to take personal responsibility for this commitment. We want to give you something that you can stick
with, not throw in that pile of unused cardio 'fad' workout equipment like the rest of the stuff you have tried.
We are eliminating the ability to make excuses (no more, "I don't have enough time to get to the gym"), show
you how to get your workout done in around 30 minutes at home, and give you a cardio AND strength training tool that will
absolutely amaze you with the changes you see and feel in your body. Even better, the prices of intermediate workshops are
$75 and the advanced workshops are $50 because we want to honor your commitment to yourself, and reward you for sticking with
the program.
Why every two months? According to our personal observation, even a person with
good self-discipline will need some routine encouragement. The eight-week cycle allows for us to check up on technique and
make sure no poor habits have formed, as well as give you some encouragement and new exercises to keep you from getting bored
and continuing to improve your strength gains. People have found that they go home after a workshop excited and ready to
start their new exercises and this excitement keeps them going for about a month. What keeps them going for the next month
is the knowledge that in four weeks there will be another workshop and they will be getting a check-up.
