KORE WELLNESS is focused on creating incremental changes in people that lead up to reaching an optimal health goal. 
Without continuous hard work, this impossible to achieve. 
Unfortunately the instant gratification attitude of most Americans goes against this frame of thought.  It is our hope that with the effort you put into creating healthy changes in your life, you will not only see positive changes in your health, but in YOU.

Wellness is an comprehensive idea of health that extends beyond physical fitness or absence of disease.  Wellness is a feeling of optimal health and vitality that encompasses not only physical health, but emotional, intellectual, social, mental, and spiritual dimensions as well.

KORE Wellness believes that in order to have optimal health one must focus on all of the components of wellness.  In saying that, we also believe that being physically healthy inside and out can carry over to various other aspects of wellness including emotional, mental, and social dimensions.  Research has shown that daily exercise and consistant healthy dietary choices can reduce your risk of:

      • Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
      • Hyperlipidemia (High Cholesterol)
      • Heart Disease

Kettlebells require some technique to use in order to ensure that you are doing the exercises in a manner that is safe. KORE Wellness strongly recommends some beginner training before you attempt to use a kettlebell on your own. If you cannot make one of the KORE Wellness Workshops, Classes, or a personal training session, we recommend that you find another RKC Certified Kettlebell instuctor to teach you the basics.
