Try this out for a quick workout (10 Minutes):
All you are going to do is 200 swings broken into 5 sets of 40 repetitions:
With one kettlebell:
10 - Two handed swings
10 - Right hand swings
10 - Left hand swings
10 - Two hand swings
Rest 1 minute and repeat 4 more times
This is a great way to get your heart rate up and get a little workout in and NO EXCUSES!!! If you cannot find ten minutes
in your day to do 200 swings, you need to re-evaluate your time management! You do not even have to change into workout clothes
because by the time you work up to a sweat you will be finished with the workout. This is also a great way to take a
study break or a break at work. I promise you will return to the work you have to do more focused and alert, (this is
a scientifically proven fact!)
