K.O.R.E. Wellness uses yoga as main means of increasing flexiblity for several reasons. 
  1. By performing ancient series of yoga postures called asanas the body is allowed to move through motions that increase flexiblity and mobility, as well as stimulate blood flow. 
  2. The pranayama (roughly translated into control of the life force), teaches the importance of breath and breathing in everyday life as well as while exercising.
  3. Yoga allows for people to turn their attention inward and practice focusing on some thought in meditation.  Meditation can be used spiritually, for personal development, or simply as a form of relaxation. 

So by incorportating the practice of yoga as a flexibility technique, benefits like breath control, mental clarity, self-understanding, stress control, and an overall relaxation

Maya Tiwari on the importance of prana, "The life force of all creation, prana causes the earth to revolve about the sun, and the moon to orbit around the earth.  Prana moves the air, water, nerves, memory cells, and ocean tides.  It is the basis of thought and consciousness within the body and in all creations.  Conscious breathing helps to  calm the mind so that our thoughts come into harmony with our intuition".

Kettlebells require some technique to use in order to ensure that you are doing the exercises in a manner that is safe. KORE Wellness strongly recommends some beginner training before you attempt to use a kettlebell on your own. If you cannot make one of the KORE Wellness Workshops, Classes, or a personal training session, we recommend that you find another RKC Certified Kettlebell instuctor to teach you the basics.
